간단한 div 팝업

말 그대로 정말 초간단 div 팝업입니다.
div의 이동이나 크기조절은 없고 쿠키를 이용해 '열지않음' 기능만 있습니다.
팝업내용도 이미지만 이용합니다.


우선 자바스크립트를 선언합니다.
